Ben Green completes PROsport Racing line-up for 24h Nürburgring

Briton Ben Green will be the fourth driver in the PROsport Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT3 at the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring – the team is aiming for a top result in its anniversary year!

The PROsport Racing line-up is complete: 26-year-old Briton Ben Green will be the fourth driver in the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 of the team from Wiesemscheid. Green will share the car with Nico Bastian, Marek Böckmann and two-time ADAC GT4 Germany title winner Hugo Sasse. Green has won several races in the ADAC GT Masters so far and has impressed with his performance in the GT World Challenge Europe so far this year. Last year, he also contested the endurance classic in the Eifel for PROsport Racing and impressed the team with his performance.

“I’m looking forward to contesting the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring again. I enjoyed working with PROsport Racing last year and am looking forward to the challenge this year. We have a good line-up and hopefully we can continue to fight at the front!” said Green full of anticipation.

Team Principal Chris Esser is also looking forward to Ben Green competing for the team again: “Ben put in a strong performance for us in last year’s 24-hour race. We are therefore delighted that he will be competing for us again this year. Our objective is clear: we want to upset the top teams with our Aston Martin and achieve the best possible result. It would be a dream of mine if we were on the podium after 24 hours – that would be a fitting highlight for 20 years of PROsport.”

The ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring starts on June 1st at 16:00. NITRO will broadcast the entire race on free-to-air TV. Three qualifying sessions and the top qualifying session – which determines the starting order of the top cars in an individual time trial – will take place beforehand. Each session can be followed in full length with German and English commentary in the livestream on YouTube.
