PROsport Racing starts with four Aston Martin and powerful driver line-ups at the season finale of the Nürburgring Endurance Series. Maxime Dumarey starts the race as the leader of the SP9 Pro-Am standings.

The 47th PAGID Racing DMV Münsterlandpokal is the season finale of the Nürburgring Endurance Series. PROsport Racing from Wiesemscheid will bring two Aston Martin Vantage GT3 and GT4 cars each to the start. “We’re ending the NLS season with a big impact and want to make a statement,” said team principal Chris Esser. “We think the racing series has good future prospects after the legal wrangling in recent months and want to give something of a positive boost.”

Belgian Maxime Dumarey enters the final race of the season as a solid leader in the SP9 Pro-Am class. “Our goal is clear, we want to crown our strong season and clinch the title with Maxime,” Esser emphasizes.

In addition, the team will field a second Aston Martin Vantage GT3. Marek Böckmann, Mike David Ortmann and Nordschleife ace Nico Bastian will also drive the GT3 cars for the team. The exact driver line-up will be determined after the Friday test. Chris Esser continues, “With our second car, we want to continue the positive development of the season and further close the gap to the very front.”

The team will also compete in the SP10 class with a special driver lineup. Hugo Sasse will share a Vantage GT4 with Fabienne Wohlwend and Célia Martin. The two gentleman drivers Guido Dumarey and Yevgen Sokolovskiy will start in the second Vantage. “After the BoP adjustment for the Aston Martin, I see a good chance that we can compete for the class win,” Esser concluded.

The 47th PAGID Racing DMV Münsterlandpokal will traditionally start at 12:00 on Saturday, after qualifying has already started at 8:30. The race can be followed via official livestream.
