PROsport Racing is ready for the third race weekend of the ADAC GT4 Germany at the Nürburgring. Four of the team’s Aston Martin Vantage GT4s will start at the track not far from the racing team’s home.
Home race time for PROsport Racing at the Nürburgring. The team from Wiesemscheid will be on the grid at the ADAC GT4 Germany race weekend with no less than four Aston Martin Vantage GT4s. There are only about five kilometers between the team headquarters and the race track in the Eifel.
Before the third race weekend, reigning champions Mike David Ortmann and Hugo Sasse are in fourth position in the championship. The two friends are 16 points behind the top of the standings after a difficult season so far. At the Nürburgring they want to reduce the gap to the top.
Célia Martin and Fabienne Wohlwend, the two youngsters Leon Erger and Raphael Rennhofer as well as Yevgen Sokolovskiy and Damon Surzyshyn drive the other cars in Christoph Esser’s squad.
“Fortunately, the BoP was adjusted before the race weekend at the Nürburgring. The AMG and the BMW were slowed down a bit,” Esser said. “Now things are looking good for us after we were relatively chanceless at Zandvoort last time. Our goal for the weekend is clear: We want to reduce the gap in the championship!”
The Eifel weather is a particularly exciting element for the ADAC GT4 Germany race weekend at the Nürburgring. With autumnal temperatures, rain showers are forecast on all days of the event, which could add a special spice to the races.
The two one-hour races of the ADAC GT4 Germany will start on Saturday at 15:15 and on Sunday at 15:30. Both races will be broadcast live on free TV on Sport1.
