Kurt Thiim remains PROsport Classic brand ambassador

Kurt Thiim will continue to be a brand ambassador for PROsport Classic and will be a regular driver in the cockpit of the historic racing cars.

The 1986 DTM champion Kurt Thiim will continue to work as a brand ambassador for PROsport Classic in 2025. Thiim will also compete as a regular driver for PROsport Classic. The team is currently planning six races at the Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps, including the Oldtimer GP and the 24h Classic. In addition, the team is currently in talks with other well-known racing drivers from this era about taking part in races.

The PROsport Racing classic department currently has six historic touring cars ready to race in the 2025 season. The team from Wiesemscheid has two BMW 635 CSI and two Volvo 240 Turbo from Group A. The line-up is rounded off by a Rover Vitesse Group A and the well-known Opel Kadett Group 2/4.

Further vehicles are currently being built in cooperation with GDM Motorsport. Work is currently in full swing on various BMW E9 Coupé Group 2/4 cars and a Group 5 vehicle.
